imperial 32 Oz. Black Hi-Temp Stove & Furnace Cement

This Imperial Hi-Temp Stove and Furnace Cement is formulated to resist shrinking and cracking at high temperatures, making it an exceptional choice for repairing, patching and sealing metal-to-metal and metal-to-masonry joints. It features a ready-mixed formula that is easy to apply and provides exceptional bonding performance. Suitable for indoor use with wood or coal stoves, furnaces, fireplaces and flues, the silicate cement is ideal for filling gaps between masonry and metal and preventing leaks in flue and chimney joints. It withstands maximum temperatures of up to 2700F once cured, and dries as hard as firebrick. Ensure surface and surrounding areas are clean of dirt and debris and lightly dampen surface with water before applying cement. Once applied, allow the cement to air dry for 24 hours before creating a low fire and gradually increasing heat to properly cure.
