This is Satco S4750, a BR30 / BR40 / R20 lamp on a Medium screw (E26) base. If you are replacing a bulb, the Satco number on the old sleeve or the fixture label is the surest way to match it — order by S4750 and you get the same lamp.
BR and R reflector lamps: what BR30 / BR40 / R20 means
Reflector lamps that throw a wide, soft flood beam, normally from a medium (E26) base — the number is the diameter in eighths of an inch, so BR30 and R30 are 3-3/4 inch and BR40 is 5 inch. BR30 fits standard 5 and 6 inch recessed cans; BR40 suits 6 inch and larger; the small R14 sizes are used in accent and appliance fixtures. Red-coated R40 lamps are heat lamps, not general lighting.

Base: Medium screw (E26)
Medium screw (E26) is the standard household screw base. The base has to match the socket exactly — wattage and colour temperature are choices, but the base is a fit.

Buying more than one
Most Satco lamps are stocked in multiples and many are sold by the case. Bulbs in a shared fixture age together, so relamping the whole fixture at once keeps colour and brightness matched and saves a second trip up the ladder.
