Pre-punched holes spaced every 8 inches allow for quick and consistent attachment. Made from durable outdoor-grade vinyl, this base component is designed for long-lasting use. Available in 8 ft. lengths, it's easy to cut to the desired size with handheld pruning or sheet metal shears.
