With silicone additives enhancing its flexibility and adhesion, it shrinks less for a long-lasting, durable seal that withstands the elements. This caulk is paintable within just 30 minutes using latex or oil-based paints, allowing for efficient application and saving time. Its superior formulation prevents it from shining through or discoloring paint, ensuring a flawless finish. Easy to apply and tool, low in odor, and cleans up easily with water, it is suitable for both interior and exterior use. Mold and mildew-resistant, it comes with a 40-year durability guarantee, exceeding ASTM C834 standards.
