About this product
Wood biscuits
Lamello invented the biscuit joint in 1955 and still makes the original: compressed beech, precisely sized so it drops into the slot and swells with the glue to lock the joint. #20 (56 × 23 mm) is the standard for 3/4" stock, #10 (53 × 19 mm) for narrower rails and 1/2" material, #0 (47 × 15 mm) for the smallest frames; the H9 mini biscuit needs the 4-tooth H9 cutter (132009).
Boxes of 1,000 are the shop pack; the assorted box has 500 #20, 250 #10 and 250 #0. Blister packs of 80 are the take-along size for a job. Cut the slots with any Lamello biscuit joiner (Classic X, Top 21) or a Zeta P2 with the P-System depth adjuster on OFF and a 4 mm blade.
