SATCO NUVO's Performer Series LED Retrofit Downlights offer easy installation with a refined design. Features a smooth regress baffle to reduce glare and a convenient on-unit switch for selecting from 5 color temperatures. The included E26 adapter supports both remodel and new construction projects. Rated for wet locations and equipped with non-conductive dead-front trim, these downlights are ideal for use in showers and other damp environments. With a high CRI of 90, they deliver bright, energy-efficient lighting with accurate color rendering for any setting.

This is Satco S12602, a Recessed kits and downlights fixture. If you are matching an existing run of fixtures or reordering, the Satco number on the carton or the fixture label is the surest way to get the same one — order by S12602 and it is identical.
LED recessed kits and downlights: retrofit, direct-wire and IC-rated
Two different installs wear the same name. A retrofit kit screws into the medium (E26) socket of a recessed can you already have and clips behind the trim, so it is a no-wiring swap. A direct-wire kit has no can at all: it wires to a junction box and springs into the ceiling cutout, which is what new work and canless remodels use. IC-rated means the housing may sit against insulation; non-IC must be kept clear of it. Match the aperture to the hole you have (4 in., or 5/6 in. which covers both), and CCT-selectable models carry a switch on the back for 2700K through 5000K, so one part number covers the whole house.

Most Satco lamps are stocked in multiples and many are sold by the case. Bulbs in a shared fixture age together, so relamping the whole fixture at once keeps colour and brightness matched and saves a second trip up the ladder.
