About this oven
The Moderno 3 Pizze
Step up to the Moderno 3 Pizze and pizza night stops being a bottleneck: a 31" × 20" firebrick floor bakes three Neapolitan pizzas at once, or 2–3 kg of bread, roasts and desserts after the pizzas are done.
Like the rest of the Moderno line it comes wood-fired or gas (order-specific LP or NG, convertible later), takes the hybrid kit for wood fire in the gas oven, and pairs with a matching rolling base with wood storage.

How much does the Alfa Moderno 3 Pizze cost, and does the price include shipping?
The Moderno 3 Pizze is $3,199 (wood-fired) and up — Alfa MAP pricing effective August 2026, the same at every authorized dealer. Shipping is free in the contiguous U.S.: ovens ship crated on a pallet by freight (curbside), accessories by parcel. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Should I order LP (propane) or NG (natural gas)?
Order the fuel you will actually connect: LP if you will run it from a propane tank, NG if you are plumbing it into your home natural gas line. Alfa gas ovens are built fuel-specific and are not field-switchable out of the box — but Alfa conversion kits are available if your connection changes later, and the hybrid kit lets a gas oven burn real wood.
How long does the Moderno 3 Pizze take to heat up?
About 30 minutes to reach full temperature (500°C / 1,000°F) — then a true Neapolitan pizza bakes in roughly 90 seconds on the HeatKeeper™ firebrick floor. The dome's double ceramic insulation holds that temperature with surprisingly little fuel.
Does it need a base, or can it sit on my counter?
Both work. The Moderno 3 Pizze top can sit on a sturdy, heat-tolerant outdoor counter or masonry surface, or pair it with the matching Alfa rolling base (BF-3P-NEGO) — wheels, wood/tank storage and the right working height, available as an add-on in the buy box above.
