How to choose outdoor kitchens
Plan the zones
Hot zone (grill, side burner, griddle), cold zone (refrigerator, ice, sink), and storage (doors, drawers, trash) — with counter space between. Put the refrigerator away from the grill's heat and the sink near the bar.
Ready-made vs. custom
