Clamex S-20

Clamex S-20 is the screw-in member of the Clamex family: the two halves are positioned with the drilling and alignment jig, fixed with 3 × 12 mm screws, and locked with a hex key through a 6 mm access hole for a detachable, nearly invisible joint. No groove, no biscuit joiner — a drill and the jig are all it takes, which makes it ideal for on-site work, thin frames and shops without a Lamello machine.

The 20- and 80-pair packs include screws, jig and Torx bit; the 300-pair box includes the jig (screws sold separately as 125255). The Starterset in Systainer3 adds the 125253 drill jig with 6 mm bit and the Clamex installation tool.

What do I need to install Clamex S-20?

A Lamello Zeta P2 or Zeta P2 Cordless set to P-System depth undefined, or a CNC with the P-System cutter, in material from undefined. The connector pushes into the groove by hand — no glue or screws to anchor it. Lock the cam with a 4 mm hex key through the 6 mm access hole; the Clamex P flexible fitting tool reaches inside carcasses.
