LC P-16
LC P-16 is Lamello's joining system for lightweight panels — honeycomb, foam-core and hollow panels — that have no solid timber edge to hold a connector. The LC element is pushed into a P-System groove cut in the thin skin with the Zeta P2 (depth 16, with the 255255 element insert on the Clamex P drill jig) and grips the panel from the inside; a Clamex P-14/10 then locks into the LC for a detachable, invisible joint.
Pick the size by panel thickness: LC P-16 × 11, × 17 or × 22. Each is sold as an 80-piece box, a 1000-piece box, or a set of 80 including the matching Clamex P-14/10 connectors. The LC P-16 starter set has all three sizes plus connectors, positioning clip and drill jig insert.

What do I need to install LC P-16?
A Lamello Zeta P2 or Zeta P2 Cordless set to P-System depth 16, or a CNC with the P-System cutter, in material from undefined. The connector pushes into the groove by hand — no glue or screws to anchor it. Lock the cam with a 4 mm hex key through the 6 mm access hole; the Clamex P flexible fitting tool reaches inside carcasses.
