Zeta P2 P-System Biscuit Joiner

The Zeta P2 is the profile biscuit joiner for the Lamello P-System. Use it to join components in solid wood, plywood, MDF, particleboard, plastics, solid surface and more. The integrated vertical mechanical drive on the cutting spindle is the centerpiece of the machine: during the cut it automatically performs a vertical movement that creates the T-shaped profile groove, and every P-System fitting is then simply pushed into that groove for a fast, form-locking anchorage — no glue, no screws, no tools.

The Zeta P2 cuts grooves for connectors with different installation depths (10, 12, 14, 15 or 18) just by turning the P-System depth adjuster, so there is no cutter change between Clamex P-14, Clamex P-10, Tenso or Divario. The vertical stroke triggers automatically when the maximum cutting depth is reached and takes a fraction of a second; the drive is fully mechanical and low-wear.

Turn the depth adjuster to OFF and fit the optional 4 mm blade (art. 132000) and the Zeta P2 becomes a standard biscuit joiner for original Lamello wooden biscuits. Choose the carbide-tipped cutter (101403S) for dense hardwoods — it can be re-sharpened — or the diamond-tipped cutter (101403DS) for the longest life in MDF, plywood and particleboard.
