P-System CNC Tooling

The P-System groove can be machined on a CNC with an angle aggregate or 5-axis head, so connectors that were installed by hand with the Zeta P2 can also be cut in nested-based or point-to-point production. The diamond CNC groove cutter (132142, DP 100.4 × 7 × 30 mm, 4/6.6/DTK 48, Z3) mounts on one of four arbors — specify the shaft: 20 × 90 × 102, 25 × 60 × 102, 16 × 50 × 85 or 16 × 55 × 68 mm. The 6 mm CNC drill (131556, L = 100/35 mm, shaft 10) drills the Clamex Allen-wrench hole, and the solid-carbide shaft cutter (131342, Ø 12 × 40, L = 80 mm) cuts the groove directly on 5-axis machines.
