About this product
Clamex P-14/10 Flexus
Lamello's Flexus version of the Clamex P-14/10 connector replaces the rigid torsion tabs of the standard Clamex with flexible positioning pins. The pins retract until they find their mating half, so work-piece components can be slid and snapped into place — which makes some of the most challenging assemblies possible, such as fitting a fixed shelf into an already-assembled carcass or tilting a panel into a recess.
The pins are rigid enough to align the work piece and hold it in position before the cam lock is engaged, and their beveled shape allows easy installation and removal in tilt-in scenarios. Flexus is packaged with the 14 mm lever half and the 10 mm Medius receiving half, but the lever half may also be used with Clamex P-14 and Clamex P-10 receivers.
Cut the groove at Zeta P2 depth setting 14 for the cam-lock half and 10 for the receiving half.

What do I need to install Clamex P-14/10 Flexus?
A Lamello Zeta P2 or Zeta P2 Cordless set to P-System depth 14 + 10, or a CNC with the P-System cutter, in material from 13 mm (1/2"). The connector pushes into the groove by hand — no glue or screws to anchor it. Lock the cam with a 4 mm hex key through the 6 mm access hole; the Clamex P flexible fitting tool reaches inside carcasses.
