Every 2026 Prestige RSIB has an enlarged infrared sear station that reaches searing temperature in under a minute. Sear on the side burner, finish over the main grids.

Connected Cooking (VX models)

What is new in the 2026 Napoleon Prestige Series?

The 2026 Prestige is built around the Connected platform. The Prestige 665 and 500 Connected RSIB add Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® monitoring, an LCD display, and included temperature probes. The lineup also includes the Phantom matte black Prestige 500 Connected, a limited 50th Anniversary Edition with a Heritage Blue lid, and non-connected 665 and 500 RSIB models.

What is the difference between the Prestige 500 Connected and the Prestige 500 RSIB?

They share four main burners, an infrared rear rotisserie burner, and a large infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner. The Connected model adds Wi-Fi and Bluetooth® with an LCD display and included probes, so you can watch a cook from your phone. The standard RSIB is the same grill without the electronics.

What warranty comes with a Napoleon Prestige grill?

Napoleon backs Prestige Series grills with its Lifetime Limited Warranty. As an authorized dealer, Family Hardware handles genuine Napoleon parts and local warranty support from our Cape Coral and Fort Myers stores.

Can Family Hardware ship a Prestige grill outside Florida?
