About this grill
The BBQ03SS
The BBQ03SS is the grill that started it all — Tagwood’s foundational Santa Maria model, crafted entirely from stainless steel 304 for authentic Argentine live-fire cooking. Its 710 sq. in. of cooking surface is split into three zones: a crank-adjustable main grate, a secondary grate over the brasero firebox, and an interchangeable griddle, plus S-hooks for hanging cuts asado-style.
A heavy stainless body on four swivel casters (two locking), an attached side table with bottle opener and a front access door make it a complete outdoor kitchen on wheels. Ships partially assembled with the shovel, coal rake, hooks and griddle in the crate.

Round grates or V-shape grates?
Round stainless grates are standard and come with the interchangeable griddle; they sear with classic grill marks and let fat drip to the coals for flavor. V-shape grates are channeled and slightly tilted so fat runs off to a drip channel — cleaner, fewer flare-ups, easier on delicate foods. Choosing V-shape replaces the round grates and excludes the griddle.
How is the BBQ03SS delivered and assembled?
It arrives crated on a pallet, partially assembled: the cart and cooking system are built and you attach the top frame, hooks bar and accessories — about an hour with two people using the included tools. Or choose factory full assembly at checkout. In Southwest Florida ask us about local delivery and setup.
