The BBQ23SS
The BBQ23SS XL takes Tagwood’s best-selling Santa Maria design extra large — a 33.75" × 26.75" main grate and 1,117 sq. in. of cooking area in the same stainless steel 304 construction. A crank-adjustable main grate, secondary grate above the firebox, interchangeable griddle and S-shaped meat hooks let you slow-roast, sear and grill several dishes at once.
An integrated brasero firebox, stainless side table, front access door and heavy-duty casters make fire management and mobility easy. Ships partially assembled with shovel and coal rake; frontal elevation available.

Round grates or V-shape grates?
Round stainless grates are standard and come with the interchangeable griddle; they sear with classic grill marks and let fat drip to the coals for flavor. V-shape grates are channeled and slightly tilted so fat runs off to a drip channel — cleaner, fewer flare-ups, easier on delicate foods. Choosing V-shape replaces the round grates and excludes the griddle.
How is the BBQ23SS delivered and assembled?
It arrives crated on a pallet, partially assembled: the cart and cooking system are built and you attach the top frame, hooks bar and accessories — about an hour with two people using the included tools. In Southwest Florida ask us about local delivery and setup.
