About this grill
The BBQ06SS
The BBQ06SS takes the BBQ03SS to a full 360° Argentine grilling station. Built entirely in stainless steel 304, it adds a rotating clamp grill beside the main grate for whole fish, ribs and vegetables asador-style, a small fixed grill, and an upper roof grill for warming — up to 1,600 sq. in. of cooking surface across five zones.
The firebrick-lined firebox delivers even, long-burning heat; four swivel casters (two with brake), an attached side table and bottle opener finish the cart. Ships partially assembled with clamp grill, secondary grate, griddle, fixed grill, roof grill, hooks, shovel and coal rake.

Round grates or V-shape grates?
Round stainless grates are standard and come with the interchangeable griddle; they sear with classic grill marks and let fat drip to the coals for flavor. V-shape grates are channeled and slightly tilted so fat runs off to a drip channel — cleaner, fewer flare-ups, easier on delicate foods. Choosing V-shape replaces the round grates and excludes the griddle.
How is the BBQ06SS delivered and assembled?
It arrives crated on a pallet, partially assembled: the cart and cooking system are built and you attach the top frame, hooks bar and accessories — about an hour with two people using the included tools. In Southwest Florida ask us about local delivery and setup.
