About this grill
The BBQ26SS
The BBQ26SS is Tagwood’s premium XL Santa Maria for people who cook for a crowd, built entirely from stainless steel 304. Its 2,600 sq. in. of cooking area spans five zones — crank-adjustable XL main grate, secondary grate above the firebox, rotating clamp grill, fixed grill, interchangeable griddle and an upper warming (roof) grill — so you can sear, slow-roast, prep sides and keep food warm at the same time.
A firebrick-lined gaucho-style firebox maximizes heat retention, and a foldable side table, precision elevation system, heavy-duty 6" swivel casters, bottle opener, shovel and coal rake round out the package. Ships partially assembled; frontal elevation available.

Round grates or V-shape grates?
Round stainless grates are standard and come with the interchangeable griddle; they sear with classic grill marks and let fat drip to the coals for flavor. V-shape grates are channeled and slightly tilted so fat runs off to a drip channel — cleaner, fewer flare-ups, easier on delicate foods. Choosing V-shape replaces the round grates and excludes the griddle.
How is the BBQ26SS delivered and assembled?
It arrives crated on a pallet, partially assembled: the cart and cooking system are built and you attach the top frame, hooks bar and accessories — about an hour with two people using the included tools. In Southwest Florida ask us about local delivery and setup.
