The BBQ09SS
The BBQ09SS is Tagwood’s insert-style Santa Maria grill for homeowners and outdoor-kitchen builders who want authentic Argentine grilling in a fully custom masonry parrilla. Built entirely from stainless steel 304, it delivers 656 sq. in. of primary cooking area plus a hanging zone for asado in a compact footprint your mason builds the fireplace around.
The precision height-adjustable system can be configured with a right-side, extended (through-the-wall, 30 cm) or front-mounted elevation crank, and it accepts round or V-shape grates. Includes S-hooks, brasero firebox, shovel and coal rake. Fire bricks (BBQ09SS-4, 60 pcs) and small/large front doors are available special order.

Round grates or V-shape grates?
Round stainless grates are standard and come with the interchangeable griddle; they sear with classic grill marks and let fat drip to the coals for flavor. V-shape grates are channeled and slightly tilted so fat runs off to a drip channel — cleaner, fewer flare-ups, easier on delicate foods. Choosing V-shape replaces the round grates and excludes the griddle.
